The Outer Layer
Conscious Parenting in the Early Childhood Years
A School-Year Journey Through Child Development, Rhythm, Play & Family Life
Tuesdays, 8:30 am – 10:00 a.m.
Late September 2026 – May 2027
The outer journey of parenting begins with understanding the child.
.
Young children are not miniature adults. They are developing through movement, imitation, sensory experience, rhythm, and relationship. When we understand how children naturally unfold, parenting becomes less about managing behavior and more about creating the conditions in which healthy development can flourish.
Unlike a workshop or short course, this is a gradual journey through the foundational years of childhood. Together we will explore child development through the lens of Waldorf education, while gaining practical tools to create greater confidence, clarity, and connection at home.
Each week focuses on a specific aspect of development and parenting, helping participants better understand the needs of the growing child while cultivating a home life that supports healthy growth.
