1:1 Coaching
Rather than searching for quick solutions or techniques, you will learn to widen your lens and discover the larger picture of who you are, who your child is, and what is unfolding within your family.
Why Coaching?
People need people.
Somewhere along the way, many of us received the message that we should be able to do everything on our own. We have come to value independence so highly that asking for support is sometimes seen as weakness rather than wisdom.
Yet despite being more connected through technology than ever before, many parents have never felt more alone.
Parenting was never meant to be a solitary journey. Throughout history, parents were supported by extended family, neighbors, elders, and community. Today, many are carrying tremendous responsibility with far less support than previous generations.
Through compassionate guidance, practical support, and meaningful reflection, Stephanie partners with parents as they navigate the challenges and joys of family life. This is not a cold clinical approach. Coaching provides guidance and insight, but it also offers something equally important: a genuine human relationship with someone who deeply cares about your well-being, your growth, and your family.
You may be
in the right place if
…you’ve begun to sense that parenting is not only about guiding your child, but more about removing obstacles from both our child’s path and our own.
…you are discovering that the moments that feel most difficult may also be opportunities to pause, listen more deeply, observe more closely, and grow in unexpected ways.
…you feel drawn toward greater self-understanding and toward meeting your child from a place of awareness, presence, and connection.
…you are not looking for quick answers, but for something deeper, steadier, more honest,
“For the first time, I felt like someone understood what was happening beneath the surface — not just my child’s behavior, but my experience as a parent too.”
— Michele
A Different Kind of Support

In our sessions, we explore what is happening in your family through three interconnected layers.
-
Outer Layer
We begin with what is visible; behavior, recurring patterns, and the moments that feel challenging, overwhelming, or stuck.
Rather than rushing to correct or control what we see, we slow down and observe with curiosity. Together, we begin to understand what the behavior may be expressing or needing, rather than simply reacting to it.
-
Inner Layer
As we explore what is happening with your child, we also begin turning inward.
We notice your own responses; the emotions, reactions, and patterns that arise in the moment. Anger, fear, frustration, helplessness, and overwhelm all become part of the work.
This is often where meaningful change begins.
Not by suppressing these reactions or judging yourself for them, but by learning to pause, observe, and meet yourself with greater awareness and compassion.
-
Secret Layer
The secret is this: the wisdom was always here. We simply lose our way at times and forget.
As we begin to see the connection between what is happening within us and what is happening around us, we return to clarity.
Beyond behavior and beyond reaction is a deeper layer; the inner nature of the child, and of yourself.
Here, the work becomes less about controlling or fixing, and more about seeing clearly.
When we begin meeting what is present with openness, honesty, and compassion, something naturally starts to shift. Patterns soften. Space opens. Connection deepens. Wisdom becomes your guide, as your fear and confusion step aside.
This becomes not only a different way of parenting, but a different way of living.
