The outer journey of parenting asks us to understand the child.

The inner journey asks us to understand feelings, relationships, and the emotional life of the family.

The secret journey asks us to understand the awareness that can hold both.

Unlike a workshop or short course, this is a gradual path of steady transformation. Through consistent weekly practice, participants learn how to use the body and mind to facilitate calm, strengthen attention, regulate emotions, deepen self-awareness, and awaken the inner capacities that support meaningful change. Each week will include, movement, a topic of inspiration and meditation, training all three, body, speech and mind to live a more balanced and inspiring life.

What We Will Practice

  • Meditation and mindfulness training

  • Breathwork (pranayama)

  • Mindful movement warms ups and practices yoga and qigong

  • Loving-kindness and compassion cultivation

  • Daily exercises for integrating presence into ordinary life

What You Will Develop

  • A consistent and sustainable meditation practice

  • Greater emotional balance and resilience

  • Increased clarity, focus, and self-awareness

  • The ability to respond rather than react

  • A deeper connection to yourself and others

Who is this for

Parents, educators, caregivers, helping professionals, and anyone seeking a disciplined yet accessible path of personal transformation.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
